Zoe has worked in the wellness industry for some time and has seen how the sector has developed, her particular interest is in bringing health to a wider audience through making nutritious, wholesome food accessible for everyone.
She has freelanced for a number of food lines, creating menus and working on products gaining knowledge of consumer habits and tastes. Her most recent and personal project, Squirrel, which opened Summer 2016, is a concept to make good food accessible through balanced meals and well sourced ingredients. Zoe believes that eating should be a fun and enjoyable experience and therefore Squirrel reflects this by creating an atmosphere that is upbeat and positive.
Zoe no longer works in clinic with private clients due to the demands of Squirrel but is available for talks, workshops and events. She continues to be a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), the regulating bodies for Nutritional Therapists and Complementary Healthcare Therapists.
